We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The room was clean and well equipped, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for restaurants and avoiding tourist traps. The location was excellent, being close to Bellevue beach, just outside of the place, super close to the city centre, and close to the Dubrovnik fortress. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a popular city. The location was great, situated on a main street with everything I needed nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and ensuring my stay was comfortable. The rooms were cozy and had a nice little terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices in this busy city. Additionally, the hotel provided a tasty breakfast to start the day off right.
No improvements necessary, everything was spot on!

The location of the guest house is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and there is a bus stop right outside. The room was clean and comfortable with cozy furnishings. The friendly staff provided us with a map and helpful recommendations. The stunning mature garden with fruit trees and herbs added a lovely touch to our stay.
Some improvement needed in terms of room decoration and lighting on the terrace.

Very nice room, renovated and clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Free parking. Good value for money. Lovely family and beautiful gardens. Great location near old town and beaches.
